| Conference Highlights - The Real Deal |

Real Choices: Participants get to participate in a variety of special topics for focused training. You'll try out topics like Public Speaking, Chapter Commun-ications, Term Planning, or Ritual. You'll get to see which areas you like most, and where your "best fit" in leadership might be. All of these are aimed at making you a better DeMolay! Like the rest of Reality KMC, these are hands-on training programs, not classroom lectures. |

Real Competition: Key Man Conference attendees will participate in the running of their own Conference Chapter, designed to operate like a real local Chapter. You'll have the chance to challenge other Chapters to athletic games and other competitions. Heck, you even get the chance to host them for a joint social event, or to work with them in completing conference projects and goals. Competition + Teamwork = Excellence |

Real Programming: You'll flip over the beautiful facilities here! Take the Masonic Conference Center's beautiful half-Olympic pool (actually, you can't take it, it's attached). Or the huge athletic fields. Or the Multimedia Center with big screen and digital surround. Or the tennis courts. Or the full-size gym. Take what you need, because you and your conference Chapter will have the opportunity to plan and carry out your own projects, and more. Is Key Man fun? We don't know --that's up to you! |

Real Busy: Fair warning: this is not a summer vacation! At Key Man, you'll be participating in a very demanding "mile-a-minute" schedule all week long. You'll have plenty of fun time, and even a little "free" time, but you'll also have lots to accomplish with your fellow Chapter members. You'll probably get tired. But, like almost all our past Key Men, you'll get to the end of the week and say "That's it? It can't be over yet!" You'll never regret the hard work you put in. |

Real Fun: There's usually not much leftover dessert at dinner here. Sometimes there's a shortage of pens. We have to run out for snacks to keep the staff from eating the furniture. Once or twice, we've even run out of Duct Tape (just temporarily!). But one thing we NEVER have a shortage of is FUN! You'll love the facility, the energy of the program, the fun-loving staff, and all your new friends. Make no mistake about it ...this is gonna be the week of your life! |
