| "Dad" Schaeffer holds the distinction of being the first Key Man Graduate to serve as Director, with this being his second year on the job. He has previously served as the Assitant Director for five years. He's a Senior DeMolay and PMC of Elizabethtown Chapter (PA), and New York DeMolay's Director of Ritual. He has been honored with the Degree of Chevalier and the Legion of Honor. "Dad" Schaeffer is a Deputy Member of the Supreme Council. He holds the distinction of being a one-man brain trust, computer whiz extraordinaire, and all-around great guy. Unlike some "techies," he's also a great "people person" and lots of fun to be around. |
"Dad" Rauschenberger's has been on staff for the KeyMan Conference for the past 4 years. This will be his first year serving as Assistant Director. A Senior DeMolay, PMC, and Chevalier from Washington State, "Dad" R is an Advisor with Lorraine Chapter in Butler and the Executive Officer in Illinois. When not working or spending time with DeMolay, you can find Dad Rauschenberger in the skies over North and Central Illinois flying a Cessna 172 airplane or helping local Boy Scouts earn their Aviation Merit Badge. |
