Approved Elected State Officer Candidates 2010
All Candidates who have followed the proper instructions and been approved to run as a candidate for Elected State Office at Convention 2010 appear on this page. The deadline for submitting letters of intent is now past, therefore these are the only candidates that will appear on the ballot at Convention 2010. Want to know how to run? Candidates for the Office of State Master Councilor
W. Thomas Moyer - Pilgrim Chapter
Moyer
Tom is a senior at Central Dauphin East High School and has been accepted to Penn State Harrisburg.  Tom has served Pennsylvania DeMolay as an Elected State Officer for 3 years, and wishes to continue his service as State Master Councilor.  Aside from DeMolay, Tom enjoys sports, helping coach baseball, and participating in his church's youth group.  Tom says "I want to try new and innovative ideas during this coming year, and even bring back some old ideas that haven't been seen in years!"
 
Candidates for the Office of Deputy State Master Councilor
Matthew Blaisdell - Riverside Chapter Blaisdell
Matt is a senior at Penn Manor High school, and hopes to major in graphic design or marketing. Matt has served PA DeMolay as an Elected State Officer for the last two years, and as an Appointed State Officer before that. He holds the Degree of Chevalier. Matt was also recently recognized for his design work when he won the DeMolay International t-shirt design contest. Matt says "I bring enthusiasm, excitement, and a work well done to any job or office I am assigned to, and I promise to do the same for any future work."
 
Matthew Maple - George Washington Chapter Maple
Matt is a Junior at Chambersburg Area Senior High School, where is has lettered in both varsity football and varsity lacrosse. A member of the National Honor Society, Matt is dual enrolled at Penn State. Matt is a PMC-MSA, DSA, and RD of the year for 2009. He also holds the Founders Membership Award. Matt has also performed several large ritual parts for inductions and installations all over PA. Says Matt "I served as the SSC last year and would like to continue my service as your Deptuy State Master Councilor."
 
Candidates for the Office of State Senior Councilor
Alexander Rauschenberger - Lorraine Chapter Rauschenberger
Alex will soon graduate from Butler Senior High school and plans to attend college in the fall majoring in Secondery Education, which he hopes to use to become a history teacher. Alex served as State Scribe in 2010 and as an appointed state officer for several years prior. He has earned his PMC-MSA, BHK, RD, and has completed the LCC's twice. Alex says "I had a great time working this last year as your State Scribe and I would like to continue giving back to DeMolay next year as your State Senior Councilor."
 
Candidates for the Office of State Junior Councilor
Joseph Chubb - Pilgrim Chapter Chubb

Joe has been active in DeMolay for seven years. He is a Chevalier and three time Past Master Councilor of Pilgrim Chapter, having received the PMC-MSA for two of those terms. Joseph has held several appointed State Officer positions and currently holds the office of State Treasurer. He also served as Key Man Conference Youth Director in 2009. Joe says "I am running for the office of State Junior Councilor because I have experience and feel I can do a good job and help PA DeMolay."

James Palo - Erie Chapter Palo
James is a junior at Northwestern Senior High School located in Albion, PA. He has been a member of DeMolay for almost six years. He has received many awards and honors, including the Blue Honor Key, The Representative DeMolay Award and several merit bars. I James hopes to one day follow in the footsteps of his father and become a teacher. Says James "I have wanted to ba State Officer almost my whole DeMolay carreer, and I would love to have the opportunity to serve my brothers throughout the state."
 
Candidates for the Office of State Scribe
Anthony Kallhoff - George Washington Chapter Kallhoff
Anthony is a sophomore at Boiling Springs High School. Recently, Anthony finished his term as Master Councilor of George Washington Chapter and earned the PMC-MSA. During his term he created the Chapter's Facebook page and rejuvenated the Chapter's website. Outside of DeMolay, Anthony is a solid student, maintaining high grades and involved in school and community programs. "Although it sounds cheesy, but I want to give back to DeMolay which gave so much to me," says Anthony in regards to running.
 
Max Ullom - Joppa Chapter Ullom

Max attends Trinity Senior High School in Washington, PA, where he participates in the Art and Computer Science Clubs. He is a 3 time Master Councilor, and has earned his Founder's Membership Award, the PMC-MSA, and the Representative DeMolay Award. He is a finalist in the RD of the year competition for 2010. Max says " I believe what you put into DeMolay is what you get in return. So make the most of what you experience now, so it will benefit you much later in life."
