He has asked that all Chapters submit the following report on a monthly basis so that we can share information about all of the great things your Chapter is doing to help your home area! To sweeten the deal, PA DeMolay is offering an XBox 360 or a PS3 with 4 controllers and a game to the Chapter that logs the most points by Convention 2011 plus 10 additional bonus points in the outstanding Chapter competition! All you need to do is fill out this form by the 10th of each month to report on the previous month and you're golden!
